He listed his first company at BSE in 1992. His expertise spans business strategy, corporate growth, technology commercialization, and developing enterprises that combine innovation with long-term value creation.

With a strong understanding of business operations, governance, and risk management, he brings a practical leadership perspective to corporate advisory, helping organizations strengthen transparency, resilience, and sustainable growth. As Chairman & Managing Director of Natureen Uzzala Energy, his vision is centred on converting organic and agricultural residues into renewable energy, valuable bio-resources and improved soil health—contributing to a cleaner, more energy-secure and sustainable future. His expertise encompasses strategic market research, technology assessment, project feasibility, business development and turnkey project planning, with a strong focus on commercially viable and environmentally responsible solutions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Vasoya has successfully executed and coordinated more than 100 agricultural projects and 260+ consulting assignments across India, Sri Lanka, Oman, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and Central African countries. His international exposure and cross-sector expertise enable him to guide projects from concept, market assessment and technology selection through investment planning, implementation and project development. Having led ventures across manufacturing, healthcare infrastructure, biotechnology, industrial gases, and sustainability, he brings a practical understanding of how businesses operate, scale, and manage operational and financial risks.

His multidisciplinary background enables him to analyze complex business structures, evaluate internal controls, identify operational vulnerabilities, and support organizations in strengthening governance frameworks. Having worked with diverse stakeholders including promoters, financial institutions, engineers, scientists, and international partners he understands the importance of transparency, accountability, and commercially sound decision-making.
